IMPORTANT NOTES

Anyone is entitled to participate, but children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Membership in a cycling club is not compulsory. The events take place in all weather conditions. The organizer assumes no liability, every participant must be adequately insured. Driving is according to the road traffic regulations (StVO) and the conditions of the BDR for RTF/ CTF. Helmets are compulsory for participants.
The statutory corona protection regulations valid on the day and location of the event apply to the events.

At the start and finish: breakdown service, emergency service as well as food and drinks.
At checkpoints: free catering (drinks & small snacks) for all registered participants.

The respective club is responsible for the individual event.
We would like to point out that photos and film recordings are made at the events, which are used for documentation, follow-up reporting and the advertising of subsequent events in digital media and/or printed matter. By participating in the events, the participant grants permission to use any photo or film recordings of him/her insofar as he/she does not object to the respective organizing association.

A refund of the payments made in advance is not possible, the purchase is binding.

Payment must be be received by the Wednesday evening before the respective event in order to receive a €2 reduction in the starting price. If you pay later or pay cash on site, the regular price of €15 will be charged.

General Conditions of Participation:

I declare that I am participating in the above sporting event at my own risk and that I will appear well trained and in good health.
The liability of the organizer for his own fault and that of his vicarious agents is excluded to the extent permitted by law - i.e. subject to the statutory provisions on liability in the event of intent and gross negligence as well as injury to life, limb and health. The sponsors and the municipality/city/municipality of the organizing club are not liable.

I agree that the personal data specified in my registration will be stored and processed to the extent and for as long as it is necessary to carry out the event. Furthermore, I allow my data to be published on the official starter list and in the results portal. In the case of a group registration, I assure by agreeing to these conditions of participation that I have the appropriate permission from all group participants. A confirmation of the registration will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

Photos, film recordings and interviews in radio, television, advertising, books and photomechanical reproductions made by me/us as a group at the event may be used by the organizer without any claim to remuneration on my part. Commercial use by the association or third parties is not covered by this consent.

I am entitled to revoke the consent contained herein at any time - this would result in my eligibility to start expire.

I certify that my date of birth is correct and that I will not give my race number to anyone else. I am aware that I will be disqualified if I change the official start number, in particular if I make the advertising print invisible or unrecognizable, or if I allow myself to be accompanied by people on sports equipment (inline skates, bicycles, etc.).

The events (RTF and CTF) are organized according to the provisions and conditions of the Bund Deutscher Fahrrad e. V. (BDR).
Overtaking is not allowed in the finish channel.

By registering, I accept the conditions of the organiser/host according to the announcement as binding for me.
